Instant InfoSystems is committed to providing excellent customer service and technical support. Instant InfoSystems support plans allow you to protect your technology solution investment and ensure technical assistance is available when required. We offer the following types of support plans to meet your needs.

Support plan pricing is based upon the value of your Instant InfoSystems solution, the term of support, and the type of support required. On-site and remote support options are available. We will support both Instant InfoSystems and Non-Instant InfoSystems installed customers. 5x8 Support Plan

The 5x8 Premium Support Plan is designed for customers who can address server maintenance, upgrades, and potential technical support issues during regular business hours. It provides support for your complete Instant InfoSystems solution (excluding those products not supported by Instant InfoSystems). Board replacement is included with this plan. This plan provides access to unlimited support (per server) during standard business hours.

Number of incidents: Unlimited
Hours of coverage: Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) (excluding holidays)
Number of servers covered on one plan: 1
Number of customer contacts: 2
Plan duration: 1 year, 3 years or 5 years
Board replacement: Included
Remote Access:
Available for advanced troubleshooting
Options: On-site or Remote


7x24 Premium Support Plan

The 7x24 Premium Support plan is geared toward customers who have mission-critical applications. This plan provides you with the ability to handle server maintenance or potential support issues outside of regular business hours. This Premium Support plan is a comprehensive per-server plan that provides you with 7x24x365 support on your Instant InfoSystems solution (excluding those products not supported by Instant InfoSystems). Board replacement is included with this plan.

Number of incidents: Unlimited
Hours of coverage: Monday to Sunday, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year
Number of servers covered on one plan: 1
Number of customer contacts: 6
Plan duration: 1 year, 3 years or 5 years
Board replacement: Included
Remote Access:
Available for advanced troubleshooting
Options: On-site or Remote
