Whether you have just started working with RightFax or it is an ongoing application you support, come to class to learn the newest features and enhancements. Use your knowledge to get the most of from your RightFax solution. Small classes encourage interaction between Instant InfoSystems' instructors and class participants. The curriculum includes a comprehensive training guide for your reference.

RightFax 9.3 Technical Training is a three-day program which includes hands-on instruction on how to install, configure, maintain and administer a RightFax server system. The new features of RightFax 9.3 will focus on the management of the new SQL database structure and system architecture. The course has several new modules including the RightFax Collective, Captaris Sync as well as the new supporting materials on RightFax Administration. Participants will do installations of RightFax, configure the servers, discuss maintenance and configure email gateways.

Acceptance is completed when a valid P.O. or credit card has been received at IIS. Training classes are limited to twelve attendees for the Torrance center and five attendees for the San Francisco office. Participants are responsible for their own hotel and travel reservations. If necessary, we can make arrangements with local hotels for those attendees that need to arrange lodging. Contact Training Sales for a listing of recommended hotels.

Cancellation: Registrations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 15 days prior to the class without any penalty or fee. Registrations canceled or rescheduled less than 15 days prior to the class are subject to a 25% service fee to cover expenses incurred. Class dates will not be rescheduled until service fee payment is received. Registrants who do not attend and have not canceled or rescheduled in advance are liable for the full registration fee. Student substitutions may be made at no charge. Instant InfoSystems reserves the right to cancel classes up to 14 business days prior to the start of training if enrollment is low. In the event of cancellation for any reason, Instant InfoSystems' will reassign your training date to the next available class.
