Unlike other network monitoring applications, Instant Insight monitors specific areas of functionality on the RightFax servers. Instant InfoSystems deploys web based software agents on RightFax server(s) to be monitored. Each RightFax server managed by Instant Insight is configured to monitor critical services, logs and status. When the service fails, performs illegal functions, or produces  any other problem for the server, the agents report this back to  IIS’ Instant Insight servers.
