Implementation Services include installation and configuration, upgrades, configuration review and advanced integration services. Whether it's through remote dial-in, an onsite implementation or a combination of both, the Implementation Services team can quickly integrate new product solutions with a user's existing applications. Offerings include:
Engineers perform installation and configuration of servers and modules in all of our core product lines. These services can be performed either by an onsite engineer, or remotely via a dial-in or Internet connection, depending on customer requirements. Advanced Configuration Services that help customers integrate their IIS solutions with other business applications and leverage document delivery capabilities across the enterprise. Offerings include:
Upgrade and Maintenance Services Upgrade and maintenance services allow customers to keep their applications at the most current software levels as well as implement new features and configurations. Services can include the addition of new fax boards to the server, upgrading server software to the current version, addition of software modules to the server and supplemental onsite technical support. These services can be performed either by an onsite engineer, or remotely via a dial-in or Internet connection, depending on customer requirements.
To ensure that our customers maximize their Instant InfoSystems solution on an ongoing basis, we provide configuration review services. Our engineers complete a review and analysis of the configuration to ensure it is operating properly. Non-IIS installed customers seeking an IIS Technical Support agreement are required to utilize these services. Instant InfoSystems' Systems Engineers will perform server configuration services on-site or remotely via dial-in or internet connection. Advanced User Deployment Services If
necessary, Instant InfoSystems' Systems Engineers are available to assist
with the deployment of a solution enterprise wide. Standard installations
only include 5 user deployments. More complex user deployments may require
the utilization of Instant InfoSystems' Consulting Services for the
purpose of System Capacity Analysis and Planning, Network and Deployment
Planning, Advanced Deployment Planning, Remote Management Planning or
