Instant InfoSystems acquires Unified Solutions Customer Base
Los Angeles, CA — September 30, 2009 – Instant InfoSystems (IIS), a leading provider of Enterprise Message Management solutions including Email Archiving and Enterprise Fax Management, today announced the acquisition of the Unified Solutions customer base.
Unified Solutions, based in Santa Clara, CA, has been a provider of Open Text Fax Server, RightFax Edition (formerly Captaris RightFax) solutions since 1994. In the last 15 years, the Unified Solutions client base has grown to include enterprises in a variety of industries including financial services, manufacturing, legal and local government agencies. In 2005, Unified Solutions was recognized by Captaris (recently acquired by Open Text) for highest Year-Over-Year growth.
