Welcome to the Summer edition of the Instant Message! You may notice that this newsletter looks a bit different from the Instant Message newsletters of the past. And you’re right!

So, we felt it was time to update our image to be more reflective of the knowledge, expertise, and innovative solutions we bring to our customers. We also wanted a better way to deliver information, tools, and insight that add value and make your jobs easier.

IIS Email Archiving Scorecard™ v.2.0, Now Available!

Microsoft Office Outlook Personal Store (PST) files create perhaps the most difficult challenges for an Exchange administrator. Users routinely offload email messages and attachments from Exchange Server to local PST files to stay below mailbox quota limits. Instant InfoSystems releases version 2.0 of the Email Archiving Scorecard
Instant InfoSystems recently announced the release of version 2.0 of the Email Archiving Scorecard. David Klein, CEO of Instant InfoSystems said, “We are often asked by our clients for specific recommendations and best practices for deployment of email archiving solutions. In response to this demand, we completed our first detailed independent analysis of multiple email archiving solutions in 2008.” He further added, “Building on the success of our first Scorecard, version 2.0 of the IIS Email Archiving Scorecard includes the evaluation of key metrics such as ingestion rate and search return rate which are critical performance indicators in a production environment.” …Read more
